About Finalist

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Run BGMI and Free Fire scrims and tournaments end to end, registration, slot lists, room details, results and leaderboards, wired straight into Discord.

What it is

Finalist is a scrim and tournament manager. Organizers run events from a web console: registration, slot lists, check-in, room details, results and standings, for single lobbies and for multi-stage tournaments with groups and brackets. Players enter from the web or the app, or from a Discord bot inside their own server, and it is the same entry either way. Public events, organizers and games each have a page anyone can read without an account.

It is built around BGMI and Free Fire, the games Indian scrim hosts run most, and the catalogue lists the rest on the games page.

What it deliberately is not

  • Not a moderation bot. It runs events. Lockdowns, purges, autoroles and the rest of a server-management bot are out of scope.
  • Not a payment platform. Finalist does not take, hold or process entry fees or prize money. See Entry fees, prize money, and the 2025 gaming Act for the reasoning.

Where to look

  • Documentation: how every part of the product works, step by step.
  • Guides: points tables and tiebreakers, room-ID leaks, group draws, and running a daily scrim, written for the people who host them.
  • GitHub: the code is public.
  • YouTube: walkthroughs.
